During your consultation, we discuss your space, design preferences, existing décor, sourcing needs, installation requirements, and overall project scope.Afterward, you will receive a customized proposal based on the services and design needs discussed.Once your proposal has been accepted, your service agreement has been signed, and the required non-refundable booking retainer has been received, your installation date is officially secured.

Yes. A consultation fee is required when scheduling your Holiday Design Consultation.If you decide to move forward with your project, the consultation fee will be applied toward your service total.

Yes. A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your installation date.Your date is not considered reserved until your proposal has been accepted, your service agreement has been signed, and the required booking retainer has been received.

Depending on the service selected, work may begin well before your installation date.Design preparation, sourcing, personal shopping, ordering, and other project-related work may begin once your proposal and service agreement have been approved and the required payments have been received.This is especially important for projects that include extensive sourcing or personalshopping.

We understand that plans can change.Because holiday projects require advance preparation and installation dates are limited, booking retainers are non-refundable. One rescheduling request may be considered when at least 14 days' notice is provided and is subject to seasonal availability. Cancellations made closer to the installation date, or after sourcing, shopping, or other project preparation has begun, may result in additional amounts becoming due.Complete cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in your service agreementand accompanying client policies.

Décor, merchandise, materials, custom pieces, and special-order items purchased or ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable through Perfect Gifts & Novelties once the purchase or order has been made.Items purchased on your behalf belong to you, even if the installation is later canceled. Complete sourcing and purchasing terms are provided with your service agreement and client policies.

Holiday bookings are accepted based on installation availability and the amount of sourcing required for the project.Because seasonal inventory becomes increasingly limited as Christmas approaches, Perfect Gifts & Novelties may close personal shopping, extensive sourcing, or new installation requests earlier than the end of the season.Booking early provides the greatest flexibility for design, sourcing, and product selection.

Yes. Seasonal takedown may be added to eligible holiday styling projects.Availability and pricing are based on the size and scope of the installation and will be included in your customized proposal when requested.

Yes. In addition to holiday styling, Perfect Gifts & Novelties accepts custom orders for wreaths, garlands, coordinating décor, and New Orleans-style second line umbrellas.Custom pieces can be designed around your preferred colors, theme, style, and occasion.
